KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead at Store 3211-The Shops at La Cantera-WHBM-San Antonio, TX. You will supervise the team, uphold brand standards, and foster a welcoming, customer-centered environment reflected in our hospitality culture.

You will coach staff, manage daily operations, and support scheduling, inventory, and merchandising while maintaining a positive team culture with flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• Passion for our brand, fashion, and empowering confidence.
• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Actively share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development, provide coaching feedback, and assist with scheduling, when needed.
• Share ideas and insights with the store leadership team.
• Contribute to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork with peers and leaders.
