Job summary

KnitWell Group’s WHBM location in Arlington, VA is seeking a Sales Lead to supervise the store team, model exemplified service, and partner with leadership on daily operations. You’ll drive brand standards, train associates, and help create a welcoming, customer-centered environment that reflects our hospitality culture.

You’ll manage opening/closing, floor coverage, product knowledge, promotional details, scheduling, inventory, and cash handling, while coaching peers toward achieving sales

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability—nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and maneuver on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute sales floor operations: cash handling, scheduling, inventory, replenishment.
