Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead at Store 3473-Allen Premium Outlets-WHBM-Allen, TX 75013. The role partners with store leaders to supervise teams, uphold brand standards, and create a welcoming, customer-centric environment that drives memorable shopping experiences.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of retail management experience, strong communication skills, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2 years retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products, lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with opening/closing and general operations.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Coach and motivate team to meet performance goals.
• Handle cash, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment tasks.
• Stay informed on current promotions and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling as needed.
• Contribute ideas to store leadership.
