Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead for Store 5203-Prime Outlets at San Marcos-Soma-San Marcos, TX. The role partners with store leaders to supervise the team, lead by example, and support leadership responsibilities to uphold brand standards and foster a hospitality-driven culture.

You will guide daily operations, coach associates, manage scheduling and inventory, and ensure exceptional customer experiences across the omni-channel environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to develop customer and peer relationships.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Actively share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development, provide coaching feedback, and assist with scheduling, when needed.
• Share ideas and insights with the store leadership team.
• Contribute to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork with peers and leaders.
