Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years retail experience with some leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Passionate about the Asian beauty industry and trends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management in daily operations and workflows.
• Provide direction, support, and training to store associates.
• Maintain store conditions to meet standards and safety guidelines.
• Support staffing to align with business needs.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues, escalating when needed.
• Drive sales by meeting store targets and KPIs.
• Assist with store opening and setup.
