Kiokii Inc. is opening a new store at Mall of America and seeks a Team Lead to set the standard for sales and customer service while guiding the team to deliver an outstanding shopping experience.

You will oversee daily store operations, train staff, maintain store conditions and health & safety compliance, meet sales targets, and support staffing needs in a fast-paced retail environment in Bloomington, MN.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year retail experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Passionate about the Asian beauty industry, dedicated to continuous learning and trends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Knowledge of retail store operations, merchandising, and customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and assist management to ensure smooth workflows.
• Provide direction, support, and training to store associates.
• Maintain store conditions to meet company standards and health & safety regulations.
• Support staffing efforts to align with business needs and operations.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues, escalating as needed.
• Drive sales performance by meeting store targets and KPIs.
• Assist with store opening and setup.
