Lids in Concord, CA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will supervise team members, manage scheduling, and ensure adherence to company policies.

This role emphasizes coaching, training, and maintaining brand standards while supporting the Store Manager. You'll handle cash operations, inventory, visual merchandising, and KPI-driven performance in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues, customer complaints, etc. when Store Manager is not present.
• Coach and develop store associates through training programs and goal setting.
• Administer progressive discipline as needed in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Ensure adherence to Lids Brand Standards and store policies.
• Lead customer experience initiatives to meet KPIs and deliver exceptional service.
• Maintain cash controls, inventory accuracy, and store security.
• Support recruiting and onboarding of store personnel.
