Job description

The Retail Team Lead will assist store management in leading employees. They will hold keys to the store and cash registers and are expected to perform various duties, including but not limited to:

1. Making bank deposits as required
2. Maintaining appropriate security of cash and keys
3. Opening and closing the store as necessary
4. Leading personnel in completing daily job duties
5. Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
6. Providing high-level customer service both front and back
7. Ensuring quick placement of high-quality, processed goods on the sales floor
8. Meeting production targets set by divisional management
9. Following loss prevention and process flow guidelines
10. Stocking and staffing work stations to meet production goals
11. Performing duties according to safety expectations and procedures
12. Ensuring the physical safety of the back room and sales floor
13. Communicating safety issues and concerns for quick resolution
