Job Overview

The Team Lead assists in managing the daily workflow of the store, with limited supervisory responsibilities in the absence of management. The role involves overseeing operations, ensuring compliance with policies, and maintaining high customer service standards.

Essential Functions

• Making bank deposits as required
• Maintaining security of cash and keys
• Opening and closing the store as necessary
• Leading staff in daily duties
• Ensuring policy compliance
• Providing excellent customer service
• Ensuring timely placement of processed goods on the sales floor
• Meeting production targets
• Following loss prevention and process flow guidelines
• Staffing work stations to meet goals
• Adhering to safety procedures and ensuring safety of staff and customers

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months supervisory experience
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Comfort with computer use, including POS systems, Windows, internet, and online training
• Knowledge of safety requirements in retail/warehouse settings
