Key Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager
• Achieve positive sales performance
• Organize store merchandise and back stock, ensuring proper placement
• Oversee shipment receipt and maintain a clean environment
• Train and coach employees on policies and procedures
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Upsell products and accessories when appropriate
• Represent the Clarks brand professionally
• Adhere to loss prevention policies
• Create a welcoming work environment for colleagues

Physical Requirements

• Standing for long periods, frequent bending, climbing, ladder use, lifting up to 50 lbs
