Job summary

Nike Department Manager at Nike Factory Store Glenarden is the face of NIKE, leading a high-volume store with a fast pace. You’ll coach your team to deliver standout customer service while applying Service Principles and Nike's culture.

You’ll recruit, train, and develop teammates, drive store growth, and foster community partnerships. The role requires retail or hospitality experience and leadership skills, plus flexibility to work mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Three years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience.
• One year of leadership experience.
• Proven ability to recruit and lead high-performing teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail systems.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
• Experience with conflict resolution and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to keep store operations running smoothly.
• Staff the store by attracting, assessing and onboarding teammates.
• Provide tools and guidance for day-to-day tasks.
• Drive store results including customer service, sales and people leadership.
• Manage product lifecycle from stockroom to sales floor.
