Nike Factory Winter Garden in Orlando, FL is seeking a Department Manager to lead a high-velocity team focused on exceptional customer service and store growth. You will coach and empower staff, drive performance, and embody Nike’s culture and community engagement.

You’ll recruit, train and guide teammates while delivering the best experience for customers and partnering with leadership to meet store goals. This role includes nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Three years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience.
• One year of leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, build and lead high-performing teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail business systems.
• Able to work mornings, weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Leading a team that keeps store functions running seamlessly.
• Staffing the store by attracting, assessing and onboarding future teammates.
• Equipping store employees with tools for success.
• Leading store team and business results including budgeting and customer service.
• Managing product life cycle from stockroom to visual merchandising and sales floor.
