Nike Department Manager at the Glenarden Nike Factory Store leads a high-volume, fast-paced team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll coach staff, implement Service Principles, and drive store growth while fostering community partnerships and an inclusive, energetic culture.

You’ll recruit, train, and empower associates to exceed goals, manage merchandising, and ensure operations run smoothly across shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Three years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience.
• One year of leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, build and lead high-performing teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail business systems.
• Able to work mornings, weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team to keep store functions running seamlessly.
• Staff the store by attracting, assessing and onboarding teammates.
• Equip employees with tools to succeed in daily tasks.
• Guide store performance through budgeting, planning and customer service metrics.
• Manage product life cycle from stockroom to visual merchandising and sales floor.
