Nike Gurnee is seeking a Department Manager to lead a high-volume, fast-paced retail team. You will coach and empower staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive store growth while upholding Nike’s Service Principles and culture.

Qualifications

• Three years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience.
• One year of leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, build and lead high-performing teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail business systems.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without accommodations.
• Proven ability to utilize tools for conflict resolution and employee coaching.
• Able to work mornings, weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.
