Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States.

You will provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while building trusted relationships with clients in your community. As a proactive community ambassador, you’ll attract new clients, grow the local TurboTax client base, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN is required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week.
• Must reside in the United States and obtain state licenses as needed.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax return preparation and tax advice at TurboTax Retail locations.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community engagement and marketing support.
• Deliver customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
