Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as on-site Retail Experts at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

This role blends tax expertise with community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs and drive prosperity. You will work on-site serving in-person customers, providing full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, while growing the local client base and delivering a top-tier customer

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses/certificates.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be able to work onsite 20 hours/week across Sunday–Saturday.
• Interest in building local community presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, calculations, and software support for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and reviews to maximize deductions and refunds and provide planning advice.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, building trust and long-term relationships.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally with marketing support and community engagement.
• Represent TurboTax as a local ambassador and be a visible community presence.
