Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations as year-round Business Tax Experts. You will perform full-service tax preparation for individuals and business entities, becoming the primary relationship owner for clients, delivering tax strategy and preparation, and guiding them through comprehensive financial planning.

Onsite roles require weekend availability in a retail setting and active community engagement.

Qualifications

• 3 or more years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120-S) for at least 20 clients per season.
• Minimum of 3 seasons of personal tax preparation experience, with a minimum of 30 returns per tax year.
• General knowledge/understanding of bookkeeping; QuickBooks ProAdvisor upskilling desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise - hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax consumer and business clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem - develop understanding of clients' financial picture and introduce complementary services such as bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Build Relationships - connect with people and build long-term trust.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience - ensure professional, helpful service in-person and via Intuit tools.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador - represent TurboTax locally and engage with prospects to convert to long-term clients.
• Lead and participate with TurboTax in local marketing efforts.
