Intuit is seeking on-site TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support while building local client relationships.

The role emphasizes community engagement, proactivity, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing retail environment. Onsite hours, uniform, and tax licensing requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state returns
• Familiarity with Circular 230
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador, representing TurboTax locally
• Engage with new prospects and convert them into long-term clients
• Lead local marketing efforts to make taxes approachable
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services
• Handle simple to complex tax situations and provide planning advice
• Use resources to deliver accurate tax solutions in everyday language
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build trust
• Interact with customers in-person and via TurboTax tools
• Address client inquiries and help overcome tax challenges
