You’ll own client relationships, deliver tax strategy, and collaborate with bookkeeping and payroll specialists to provide a seamless experience.

The role emphasizes local community engagement, ongoing client development, and a strong service orientation, with on-site hours across the week.

Qualifications

• Strong business tax preparation experience across federal and state returns.
• Personal tax preparation experience in retail settings.
• Willingness to upskill in bookkeeping and ProAdvisor capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for clients (consumer and business).
• Advise on tax planning, deductions, and future tax strategy.
• Develop and nurture client relationships across Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping/payroll services.
• Act as a community ambassador and lead local marketing efforts for TurboTax.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a seamless client experience across services.
