Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

This role focuses on delivering hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and a high-quality customer experience while growing the local client base. The position is on-site in the United States, non-exempt, and requires a commitment of 20+ hours per week, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must have 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours/week, including Sundays, at a TurboTax retail location.

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador locally, engaging with prospects and converting them into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax customers across personal and business tax scenarios.
• Deliver excellent customer experience through professionalism and genuine interest in helping clients achieve financial goals.
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit video tools, addressing tax-related questions and challenges.
• Support local marketing efforts and build a local client base with TurboTax resources.
