Job summary

Intuit Inc. is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide full tax return preparation and advice, helping clients maximize refunds and minimize liabilities while engaging with the local community.

Eligible candidates will have a valid EA/CPA/attorney license, active PTIN, and at least 3 years of tax prep experience. A strong customer service focus and willingness to work in a retail environment are required.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN active and in good standing as required by law.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base by engaging local communities and generating referrals.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term relationships.
