Job summary

Intuit Inc. is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while building local client relationships and contributing to community outreach.

Role is on-site, non-exempt, approximately 20 hours/week, with pay in a New York market range. Strong tax credentials and ability to work in a retail environment are required.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds may be required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual returns per tax season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers (personal and business).
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
