Job summary

Intuit Inc. invites you to join as a TurboTax Retail Expert at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will work on-site with a team of tax professionals delivering full-service return preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers in person.

The role emphasizes building a local client base, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and engaging with the community through marketing activities. A professional appearance and uniform are required.

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
Must have or be able to obtain PTIN as required by law.
Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per season using professional software.
Comfortable working onsite at TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, for at least 20 hours/week.
Must reside within the United States.

Responsibilities

Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects.
Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
Deliver best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
Grow the local client base with marketing support and community outreach.
