Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while building local client relationships in the community.

Typical duties include proactive outreach, on-site tax consultations, and leveraging marketing resources to grow your local client base. This non-exempt, onsite role requires at least 20 hours per week and a strong customer-service

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN to file taxes.
• Must hold or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally and as a public face in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
• Assist with local marketing outreach to grow the client base and drive loyalty.
