Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail or Flagship location experts to provide full-service tax preparation for individuals and various business entities. You will act as the primary advisor, owning client relationships, and delivering tax strategy and preparation services in a collaborative, on-site setting across U.S.

TurboTax locations. You will support bookkeeping needs with a team of specialists and grow the client base by building lasting relationships in the local community,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120-S) for multiple clients.
• Minimum of 3 seasons of personal tax preparation experience, with 30+ returns per year.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping and potential upskilling to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and ability to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services for TurboTax consumer and business clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Develop relationships to offer complementary services like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Deliver an outstanding, client-centered experience both in person and via Intuit tools.
