Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will serve as a trusted tax advisor, preparing returns, offering tax advice, and helping customers navigate their tax needs in person.

Role emphasizes community engagement, local marketing support, and building a loyal client base while delivering top-notch customer service in a front-facing retail setting. Training and uniform provided.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience.
• Comfortable working onsite in a retail environment, front-facing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Lead local outreach and grow TurboTax client base with community engagement.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
