Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide tax preparation, advice, and software support while building local client relationships.

This role emphasizes community presence, local outreach, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience with Turbotax marketing support. Must be able to work onsite, 20+ hours weekly, in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation experience (30+ federal/state 1040s per season).
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite availability Sunday–Saturday for ≥20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base and build local relationships in the community.
• Represent TurboTax locally and in marketing initiatives.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and help clients with tax planning.
