Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to support customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

This on-site role combines tax expertise with community engagement to grow a local client base and deliver personal, step-by-step tax guidance. You will work 20 hours per week, with a front-facing retail environment and access to Intuit's marketing support and product resources.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns.
• Must have PTIN and be willing to work onsite 20+ hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community engagement.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in a retail setting.
