Pandora is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist - Retail Systems to improve store employee experience with POS, mobile devices, and store tech across North America. You will collaborate with Retail Operations, Digital & Technology, and OMNI to drive implementable tech initiatives.

The role requires technical acumen, retail operations knowledge, and strong project management to ensure on-time, high-quality deployments across Pandora stores in North America.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years in Retail Operations, Store Technology, or System Implementation.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and drive change.
• Excellent communication and strong stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Organize project plans and foster cross-functional collaboration to rollout systems changes on time.
• Lead the technology workstream of store process improvement projects in Pandora North America.
• Partner with OMNI on system improvements for retail.
• Lead and support NAM store system pilots from planning to execution.
• Develop and lead testing to remediate major defects before full implementation.
• Coordinate pilot programs and capture learnings for future deployments.
• Maintain tracking of stores running digital pilots and avoid overload.
• Provide insights to Pandora Global on needs and priorities for NAM technology.
• Share project methodologies to drive continuous process improvement.
• Provide fleet tech readiness analysis and actions to keep NAM stores highly ready.
