Job summary

Herschend Family Entertainment Corporation is seeking aRetail Systems Coordinator to manage the Retail Division’s sales and inventory systems and data. This role also serves as the Operations Super User, providing technology support, training, and guidance for retail operations and processes.

The candidate will coordinate data entry, audit system data integrity, troubleshoot data issues, and participate in software upgrades.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Retail related POS and/or inventory systems and technology maintenance.
• Demonstrated successful ability to teach, train, influence, and coach others with positive result.
• Proven experience in successfully managing data, data governance, and process related to inventory control preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and performs functional and data entry activities related to Retail Tech Systems and Enterprise Level Software.
• Ensures, audits, and maintains system data integrity within all inventory management systems.
• Troubleshoot data issues and resolve data discrepancies impacting business/reporting accuracy
• Maintains Super User level expertise for all Retail related tech systems
• Participates in software upgrades, enhancements, and new application rollouts, as directed
• Conducts property level user trainings for all levels of users of Retail Technology
• Supports, fields and troubleshoots POS and Inventory Technology related ops end-user issues
• Balance customer service to employees and property with efficiency of operation
• Work with and through others to obtain compliance with timelines and procedures
• Distribute weekly and bi-weekly reports to Herschend Entertainment retail leaders
• Maintain complete confidentiality of inventory and business information
• Provides Operator end-user support for properties as related to POS and Inventory System
• Other duties as assigned
