Job summary

Chico's FAS, Inc. Fort Worth store is hiring a Support Associate to help maintain a customer- and product-focused sales floor.

You will handle merchandise, stock processing, and stockroom organization to ensure accurate inventory and timely replenishment, while supporting MAPS principles. Responsibilities include processing receiving docs, store-to-store transfers, pricing changes, and assisting with visual merchandising and signage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Must be able to work the majority of the shift standing.

• Exposure to visual merchandising and product placement techniques desired.
• Communicate with customers, Associates, and Management; wear / communicate with headset.
• Regular attendance is essential to this position; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Process merchandise, ensuring items are properly stored, ticketed and located for replenishment on the sales floor; reorganizes merchandise as needed.
• Ensure new products are properly merchandised and represented in a timely manner.
• Enter all receiving documents into the computer system; reconcile merchandise invoices; complete store-to-store transfers and locate requests.
• Ensure visual packet materials, props and signage are received and processed; store stockroom hardware, hangers, sign holders, etc.
• Participate in pricing changes and markdowns.
• Alert store management to cash supply needs.
• Assist with visual directives, including floorsets, window changes, visual presentations, signage placement, etc.
• Assist with boutique cleanliness and organization.
