Job summary

Chico’s FAS, Inc. in Burr Ridge Village Center is seeking a part-time Support Associate to help deliver a customer- and product-focused sales culture. You will assist with merchandise handling, stock processing and stockroom organization to keep the store running smoothly.

Responsibilities include processing merchandise, stocking, entering receipts, supporting pricing changes and visual presentations while upholding MAPS standards and a cohesive omni‑channel experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
• Must be able to work the majority of the shift standing.
• Ability to work quickly and within strict timelines.
• Ability to demonstrate teamwork.
• Exposure to visual merchandising and product placement techniques desired.
• Communicate with customers, Associates, and Management; wear / communicate with headset.
• Regular attendance is essential; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays required.

Responsibilities

• Process merchandise, ensuring items are properly stored and stocked for replenishment.
• Ensure new products are merchandised promptly and accurately.
• Enter all receiving documents and reconcile invoices; perform store-to-store transfers.
• Support pricing changes and markdowns; assist with visual directives and signage.
• Assist with boutique cleanliness and organization and maintain MAPS standards.
• Contribute to a cohesive omni-channel experience through strong operational processes.
