Job summary

Chico’s FAS, Inc. is hiring a part-time Support Associate in Colorado (Park Meadows area) to back a customer- and product-focused sales culture.

You’ll handle merchandise, stock processing, and stockroom organization while supporting MAPS standards for an omni-channel experience. With strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills, you’ll help maintain store operations, assist with visual directives, and contribute to a friendly, efficient shopping environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
• Must be able to work the majority of the shift standing.
• Ability to work quickly and within strict timelines.
• Ability to demonstrate teamwork.
• Exposure to visual merchandising and product placement techniques desired.
• Communicate with customers, Associates, and Management; wear / communicate with headset.
• Regular attendance is essential; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Processes merchandise, ensuring items are properly stored, ticketed and located for replenishment.
• Ensures new products are properly merchandised and represented.
• Enters receiving documents into the computer system; handles store-to-store transfers.
• Processes visual materials, signage and stockroom organization.
• Assists with pricing changes and markdowns.
• Supports MAPS principles to enable an omni-channel experience.
• Assists with boutique cleanliness and organization.
