Job summary

Chico’s FAS, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a Support Associate to help drive a merchandise- and customer-focused store experience. You will handle stock processing, merchandising, and stockroom organization while upholding MAPS standards.

The role requires standing for most of the shift, strong multi-tasking, and flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays. Previous stock or cashier experience is preferred; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
• Must be able to work the majority of the shift standing.
• Ability to work quickly and within strict timelines.
• Ability to demonstrate teamwork.
• Exposure to visual merchandising and product placement techniques desired.
• Communicate with customers, Associates, and Management; wear / communicate with headset.
• Regular attendance essential; ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Process merchandise, store items and stockroom organization.
• Replenish, merchandise new products in a timely manner.
• Enter receiving documents and reconcile invoices; handle store transfers.
• Assist with pricing changes, markdowns, and signage.
• Support MAPS customer service and omni-channel experience.
