Tory Burch is seeking a Support Supervisor to join our store team in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment. You will greet customers, assist with operations, and help drive exceptional service while upholding our brand standards.

You will lead by example, resolve conflicts, and collaborate with a diverse team to deliver a transformational customer experience that reflects Tory Burch values and empowers women.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years experience in high-volume, customer-driven retail.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Act as greeter, runner, cashier and support daily store operations.
• Lead by example as the Support Supervisor and manage conflicts.
• Support the team to deliver a transformational customer experience.
