Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking a store associate to support front and back of house operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will greet customers, process transactions, assist with stock rooms, and ensure smooth product flow while providing excellent service across shifts.

The role requires 1–2 years in a high-volume retail setting, open availability for evenings, weekends and holidays, and occasional overnight travel as needed.

Qualifications

• One-to-two years of experience in a high volume, customer-drive retail environment.
• Stock-related experience is a plus.
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, run errands, cashier and answer phones.
• Understand and implement store policies and procedures.
• Pack/unpack shipments and organize the stock room to support product flow.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain smooth store operations.
