Job summary

Chico's FAS, Inc. in Baltimore, MD is seeking a part-time Support Associate to help drive a customer and product-focused sales culture. You will handle merchandise processing, stockroom organization, and store operations to support a cohesive omni-channel experience.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including nights and weekends. Training on company technology will be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
• Must be able to work the majority of the shift standing.
• Ability to work with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Processes merchandise, ensuring items are properly stored, ticketed and easily located for replenishment for the sales floor, reorganizes merchandise as needed to maximize stock space.
• Ensures new products are properly merchandised and represented in a timely manner.
• Enter receiving documents into the system; reconcile invoices; complete store-to-store transfers and Locate requests.
• Supports visual directives, signage and stockroom organization as directed.
• Assists with boutique cleanliness and organization.
