Job summary

Chico’s FAS, Inc. is seeking a part-time Support Associate to help maintain an efficient sales floor and stockroom. You will handle merchandise, process stock, support pricing changes, and contribute to visual merchandising while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Processes merchandise, ensuring items are properly stored, ticketed and easily located for replenishment on the sales floor.
• Ensures new products are properly merchandised and represented in a timely manner.
• Enters all receiving documents into the computer system and reconciles invoices; completes store-to-store transfers and Locate requests.
• Assists with pricing changes and markdowns and supports visual directives (floorsets, signs, displays) as directed.
• Supports MAPS principles to provide a cohesive omni-channel experience.
• Maintains boutique cleanliness and organization; collaborates with team to solve problems.
