Job summary

Chico’s FAS, Inc. is seeking a Support Associate to assist in stock processing, merchandise handling, and stockroom organization in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will support a customer-focused sales culture and contribute to an omni-channel experience with MAPS principles. The role requires strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills, with the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
• Must be able to work the majority of the shift standing.
• Ability to work quickly and within strict timelines.

Responsibilities

• Processes merchandise, ensuring items are properly stored and stocked for replenishment.
• Enters receiving documents and reconciles invoices; handles store-to-store transfers.
• Participates in pricing changes and markdowns; supports visual directives and signage placement.
• Assists with boutique cleanliness and organization; supports MAPS customer service standards.
• Promotes an inclusive, collaborative approach to problem solving and teamwork.
• Other duties as assigned.
