Job summary

Chico’s FAS, Inc. in Towson, MD is seeking a part-time Support Associate to help drive a customer- and product-focused sales culture. You’ll handle merchandise, process stock, and maintain a clean, well-organized stockroom while contributing to a seamless omni-channel experience.

You’ll support MAPS standards, assist with pricing and signage, and collaborate with teammates in a fast-paced environment. The role requires 18+ years, strong communication, and the ability to stand for long periods;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Processes merchandise and ensures items are properly stored and labeled.
• Replenishes stock on the sales floor and assists with pricing changes and markdowns.
• Maintains clean stockroom and arranges visual merchandising as directed.
• Supports MAPS principles to deliver a cohesive omni-channel experience.
• Reports to management and collaborates with team to meet store objectives.
