Job summary

Cohesion Retail is seeking a part-time Retail Supervisor for the Outdoor and Country Chester store. The role is contracted for 20 hours with potential overtime, paying £13.83 per hour.

You will support the store manager in driving sales, managing merchandising, and ensuring high standards of customer service. You'll lead and train team members to maximise potential, maintain visual displays, and act as a brand ambassador, keeping up to date with new products and services, with a customer-centric

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and visual merchandising.
• Ability to lead and train a small team.
• Comfort with hitting sales targets and working to KPI targets.

Responsibilities

We have a fantastic opportunity to join us as a Part Time supervisor in our Outdoor and Country Store in Chester Contracted 20 hours with opportunity to work over time.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the store manager to drive sales, achieve KPI targets and execute store operations to the highest standards.
