JCPenney in Chicago is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor to assist the management team in delivering a great customer experience and driving sales. You will help run store operations, maintain visual standards, and energize your team daily.

This role requires supervisory experience, flexible evenings/weekends, and a collaborative approach. You will model company values, engage customers, and support merchandise and POS duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in similar volume apparel business (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed).

As a Part-Time Supervisor, you will support the management team to create the best experience for our customer and deliver desired results. You also share the responsibility to execute assigned store operations and maintain a visually appealing store. The Part-Time Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

Other Requirements

• Bend, lift, open and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs., as needed.

Pay Range
USD $19.75/Hr -USD $27.13/Hr.
