Job summary

JCPenney in Almonesson, New Jersey is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor to support the management team, drive sales, and keep the store visually appealing. You will help develop and engage associates while delivering a consistently strong customer experience every day.

The role requires supervisory experience in a similar apparel-volume store, a proven sales track record, and flexible availability (evenings/weekends).

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed).

As a Part-Time Supervisor, you will support the management team to create the best experience for our customer and deliver desired results. You also share the responsibility to execute assigned store operations and maintain a visually appealing store. The Part-Time Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

Pay Range
