Momentum Trading Post at Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, CT seeks a capable Supervisor to join its management team. The role supports the Store Manager, participates in hiring and training, and helps drive financial results. The candidate should have a customer-first mindset with experience in retail or casino environments.

They will oversee daily operations, coach staff, and ensure compliance with company policies while delivering strong sales performance and excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in supervisory or key-holder role (coaching, training and motivating teams)
• 1+ year driving sales through KPIs (conversion, units, transactions, AT) and reading sales reports
• 1+ year supporting daily operations, policy compliance, loss prevention and visual/store standards
• 1+ year delivering a customer-first experience while supporting margin and financial goals
• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods and lift 50 lbs

Responsabilités

• Helps achieve the Store’s financial goals and budget through growth opportunities within DOR
• Drives daily, weekly, and monthly sales through KPIs
• Supports day-to-day activities that drive positive results
• Participates in efforts to reduce in-store shrinkage through Loss Prevention education
