Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years experience in supervisory or key-holder role (coaching, training and motivating teams)
• 1+ year driving sales through KPIs (conversion, units, transactions, AT) and reading sales reports
• 1+ year supporting daily operations, policy compliance, loss prevention and visual/store standards
• 1+ year delivering a customer-first experience while supporting margin and financial goals
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, night and holidays
• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time and be able to lift 50 lbs
• Must pass background check prior to being interviewed
