Guest Services is seeking a Retail Supervisor in Florida to support the Retail Manager with daily unit operations, staff supervision, inventory, and cash handling. You will help meet financial goals while fostering a service-first culture across the team.

The role emphasizes supervising cashier stations, organizing displays, training hourly staff, and upholding safety, cleanliness, and quality standards. Prior retail experience and strong interpersonal skills are required.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Ensure complete guest satisfaction at all times.
• Handle guests' complaints and solve them according to customer service standards.
• Monitor and supervise set up and maintenance of retail area and cashier stations to ensure quality standards.
• Complete sales in POS in an accurate, efficient and friendly manner; assist clerks with same.
• Assist in recruiting, supervising, scheduling, disciplining, reviewing, and directing the unit's staff at the direction of the General Manager.
• Train hourly staff for peak performance and monitor staff's development.
• Maintain and ensure safe facility environment including standards for maintenance and upkeep of unit's equipment, inventory, housekeeping, sanitation, cash control, dress, and employee hygiene.
• Notify General Manager of all unusual events, circumstances, or other safety or quality control issues.
• Assist management team with inventory procedures as directed.
• Receive and verify quantities of merchandise, organize and stock store, set displays.
• Perform opening and/or closing procedures.
• Maintain awareness of safety issues, and report them immediately to your manager.
• Assist the Retail Manager with Summer Adventure Operations.
• Assist the Retail Manager with other duties, as assigned.
