Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar retail supervisor role.
• Experience operating a POS system and in-store computer systems.
• Effective communication with store leadership, associates and customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day work of associate-level staff.
• Provide direction, training, and coaching to ensure efficient store operations and customer experience in-store.
• Supervise department profitability through receiving, handling, replenishing, and processing.
• Create and maintain store culture through teamwork and coaching, leading by example.
• Collaborate with store leadership on policies, procedures, and standards for assigned areas.
• Ensure adherence to procedures and quality standards; resolve problems or errors.
