Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan in Clio, MI is seeking a motivated Full Time Retail Supervisor for our CLIO Store located at 4082W. Vienna Rd. This role focuses on supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and overseeing store operations including opening/closing and cash handling.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service experience. The position offers hourly pay of $17 plus a 20% employee discount, with monthly bonus

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work full time; all shift availability and extra shifts as necessary.
• Can lift and carry 35 pounds with or without help.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and train store staff.
• Open and close the store according to policy and as directed.
• Assist with cash register procedures, returns and cash handling.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment.
• Handle customer concerns/complaints effectively.
• Stock and display merchandise per company directives.
• Maintain the store's overall appearance and cleanliness.
