Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan in Clio, MI is seeking a motivated Full Time Retail Supervisor for our CLIO Store located at 4082W. Vienna Rd. This role focuses on supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and overseeing store operations including opening/closing and cash handling.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service experience. The position offers hourly pay of $17 plus a 20% employee discount, with monthly bonus

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
1 year of customer service experience preferred.
Ability to work full time; all shift availability and extra shifts as necessary.
Can lift and carry 35 pounds with or without help.

Responsibilities

Supervise and train store staff.
Open and close the store according to policy and as directed.
Assist with cash register procedures, returns and cash handling.
Deliver excellent customer service.
Maintain a safe and secure work environment.
Handle customer concerns/complaints effectively.
Stock and display merchandise per company directives.
Maintain the store's overall appearance and cleanliness.
