Job summary

Total Wine & More in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking a Supervisor to support store operations, drive sales and deliver best-in-class service. You will lead a team, coach peers, and resolve customer issues while maintaining a welcoming, knowledgeable atmosphere.

You will ensure adherence to alcohol regulations, oversee training, and support a safe, clean store environment with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of retail experience; 1+ year in a supervisory role.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Serve in a team member capacity to support service team, merchandising and front-end operations, drive sales and deliver KPIs.
• Supervise team members and support training, including ongoing development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Ensure adherence to alcohol sale laws and maintain a safe, compliant store environment.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
