Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years' experience in retail store management.
• 2 years' experience in a client services capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-floor sales and service to meet sales goals.
• Develop repeat clients and drive individual sales.
• Maintain knowledge of apparel, fit, fabric and line usage.
• Assist with visual merchandising to drive sales and a positive customer experience.
• Coordinate store events and CRM activities to reward repeat business.
• Mentor part-time and seasonal staff.
